VWFS Rent-a-Car

Launching Volkswagen Financial Services Rent-a-Car business, we undertook the ambitious task of creating a best-in-class online Car and Van booking experience, to support Volkswagen’s growing UK retail network.

The project began with a suite of insight gathering tasks to uncover what different customer segments expect from a rental booking experience and understand their frustrations. The insights fed into an iterative definition stage, allowing interactive prototypes to be refined based on audience feedback.

Since launching, we’ve continued to fuse advancements in features and functionality with a core focus on user experience to drive continued growth for VWFS Rent-a-Car.
